MOUNT ALLISON FARM

The Mount Allison Farm was one of the first projects that Enactus Mount Allison developed.

Enactus Mount Allison recognized that a good first step would be bringing back the Mount Allison farm that produced crops not only for the university's dining hall, but for the Sackville community. This initiative allowed us to take home the Rookie National Champion award in 2014.

The project brought in volunteers from outside of the club like MASU Shinerama who helped with harvesting vegetables.

For 5 weeks Enactus Mount Allison and the Mount Allison Farm provided a vegetable box subscription program that provided more than 30 households with fresh, local vegetables in the fall of 2014.
